After realizing that she could no longer drink caffeine – and turned off by the decaf coffee on the market at the time – Patti Snell decided to start roasting her own. Over the last 15 years, Patti has mastered the science of coffee roasting, not only making delicious decaf coffee for herself but introducing her local area to freshly roasted coffee and loose leaf tea in the process.
