Rachel Carpenter’s interest in holistic living has taken her on a wild journey that has included education, educating, farming, and creating. After starting Good Flower Farm from her Minneapolis apartment in 2014, it has bloomed into a full-time job, which she runs from her farm and home outside Nashville, Tennessee. Rachel grows all the organic herbs used in Good Flower Farm’s products and lovingly harvests them with the help of her dog, Branch, and cat, Kevin.
All of Good Flower Farm’s products start life as herbs grown on a 13-acre herb farm. The herbs are grown using organic, biodynamic, and permaculture practices and planted in rich soil thanks to Good Flower Farm’s natural spring and two bordering creeks. After harvesting the raw ingredients, they are taken to the farmhouse kitchen and turned into natural skincare products ready to nourish and nurture.
