Back in 2011, brothers Robert and Adam teamed up with Alex to take a chance on an idea. After trying to replicate craft cocktails at home and discovering that quality cocktail syrup was impossible to find, the trio realized they'd found a gap in the market. By October, they were brewing 11 gallons of syrup in a hotel kitchen, laying the foundation for what would become Liber & Co.
Liber & Co. syrups are all about quality, and that starts with the raw ingredients. By fostering relationships with carefully chosen suppliers, they’ve ensured access to the best ingredients. Those ingredients then become syrups at a custom-built processing facility in Austin, Texas. The syrups have a minimum shelf life of 18 months, so you can enjoy them for many at-home cocktail hours to come.
